Description

Recruiters are responsible for the recruiting, credentialing, onboarding, and placement of new and existing Independent Contractors in addition to pulling new job orders from clients.

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Complete outbound, external calls per week to prospective applicants, personnel, and clients
  • Complete weekly interviews with prospective applicants
  • Extend Independent Contractor Agreements weekly
  • Partner with the Assistant Division Manager to schedule billable hours goals weekly
  • Actively recruit applicants through various recruiting platforms
  • Manage client and candidate credentialing, ensuring compliance with CDC, state, and facility requirements
  • Manage the accounts of current clients, including pulling new job orders and resolving client concerns
  • Conduct demos for new clients on all applicable technology, software, and mobile applications
  • Communicate with the Sales Department to better align recruiting efforts
  • Perform additional tasks and special projects as directed by Management
  • Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team

Requirements:

  • General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday
  • Ability to move about the office, bend, and reach
  • Ability to lift, up to 25 pounds, occasionally

Work Environment:

Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team.
