Description

Talent Acquisition and Staffing Specialists are responsible for the recruitment and placement of Independent Contractors, as well as, providing high-quality communication, troubleshooting, and service on behalf of HealthMotion.

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • Complete a minimum of 375 outbound, external calls per week to prospective applicants, personnel, and clients
  • Complete 15 interviews per week with prospective applicants
  • Extend Independent Contractor Agreements to 5 individuals per week
  • Schedule billable hours weekly with a goal of 1,500 billable hours per week
  • Manage client and candidate credentialing, ensuring compliance with CDC, state, and facility requirements
  • Facilitate direct communication between HealthMotion and existing clients
  • Manage the accounts of current clients, including proactively seek new job orders and resolve client concerns
  • Conduct demos for new clients on all applicable technology, software, and mobile applications
  • Responsible for pairing all Independent Contractors on the True Helix Mobile Application and all clients on the Client Portal for scheduling purposes
  • Provide credentials and other necessary documents upon client request
  • Follow up with clients in a timely manner regarding any outstanding agreements
  • Provide support to Independent Contractors, as needed
  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments and clients
  • Utilize all software systems needed to complete the job
  • Perform additional tasks and special projects as directed by Management
  • Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team

Requirements:

  • General knowledge and capability to operate office equipment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Meet or exceed all essential functions of the job, including but not limited to, work performance goals

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday
  • Ability to move about the office, bend and reach
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Work Environment:

Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team.
